Liverpool star Sadio Mane has revealed his desire to see Karim Benzema awarded with the Ballon d’Or this year, but on one condition. The France international is currently in pursuit of both La Liga glory and an unprecedented 14th Champions League title at Real Madrid.
Benzema’s contributions to the victories recorded against Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, and Manchester City cannot be overemphasised, however, the Senegalese-born Liverpool star said Benzema can win the prestigious Ballon d’Or only if Liverpool wins the Champions League.
